Hi Very new to computers and need help regarding Roxio 7 Easy Media Creator. I installed in program without a problem. However, when I try to print an image in a CD template, my computer crashes to a blue screen. It says that an error occured and advises me to disable any listed drivers or BIOS files. It has the message: STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x80545430, 0xA87F75F4, 0x00000000) It also starts a dump of physical memory and then says that physical memory dump has been completed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mog |

Make sure you go to Roxio's website and download the updates for your specific version. Usually, their updates are not in a single package but things like Engine Update, Supported Recorders.... Just be sure to download and install all that apply for your version.
