Re: installing..... Options Advertisers

Hi,

Did you use a burning program to burn the .iso file as an image or did you
simply copy the file to DVD? The .iso file is a DVD image file and must be
treated as such, you can't simply copy it to a disk.

You have to burn the .iso file to DVD as an image, not just copy it to DVD.

This is not meant as an insult to anyone, but if you're not computer savvy
enough to know this basic procedure (not directed at you, Rock, just anyone
in general) you shouldn't be running Beta/Pre-Release software.

Especially not a Pre-Release Operating System.

It would also help to read the instructions on the download site . . . it's
pretty detailed on how to burn it, and what to burn it with.

Just my opinion, but opinions are like butt-holes, everyone has one and they
are often full of it. (well, it goes something like that. LOL)

You have to create the DVD from the ISO file, not just copy it. Once the new
DVD is created, you must boot from it. You cannot just click on "setup."
