The services are basically what you want or your computer needs. Someone else could not answer your questions without actually seeing and working with the computer. You can disable services and if something is wrong just re-enable the service(s). What I would do is disable one at time and then see what it affects. Print out the services you currently have and how they are set first so you can change back if needed.
