For some reason no matter what I download it doesn't install itself onto the computer. The dialog box comes up and goes all the way too 100% and it disappears and nothing comes up. why? |

You need to find the file you downloaded and double-click it (or extract it if it's in a .zip). The second part of the equation is the download location.
