slow Options Advertisers

Hello, I have a new PC with XP Pro sp2. I do not understand why my mouse is
going slow, not going always where I want it to go, I have problem with
turning on the pc, I won't see anything sometimes, the reset makes it worst.
My monitor LG flattron is fine there is just no movement on the harddrive
for exemple, to do a repair, I put the xp cd in the cdrom and it will start
reading then stop all of a sudden loading.
Any suggestions? .

If these problems are occurring on a new PC contact the PC vendor for a
return/refund.

Well, I have it for a couple of months and it was find. Is there any kind
of diagnostic I could get to kind of evaluate potential problem? I wonder
about memory handling, today, for example I am watching a video and all of a
sudden, in the middle of it, CPU usage is hitting the roof, and just feel
lucky I could close the dam thing. What could cause that? I never had this
before.

Thanks

What is the malware status of the computer? What programs do you use and
how to check that it is clean? Are you using one of the security suites
like Norton or McAfee?

Does this happen all the time? What about safe mode? When did it start?
Was is sudden or gradual? If sudden where there any software, hardware or
driver changes?

Clean boot troubleshooting is one option.
