I have a windows server 2003 sbs domain. I have shared folder on server. I have two notebook and want enable off line files for allow notebook to work out of domain. The problem is about amount of disk space to use for temporary off line files. In the "off line files" tab, under folder option, i have a scroll (it's set 3% of drive) where i can modify the amount of disk space to use for temporary off line files. If i increase the scroll and i click to "Apply" or "Ok" nothing is happen. If i return to "off line files" tab the scroll remain to 3%. Where can i increase this parameter? Can i modify this parameter under group policy? Thank's |

Note - I don't use (or like) offline files, and I've seen a lot of lost data in the past. You might consider something like SecondCopy from www.centered.com as an alternative for your laptop users. |
