How Disable BIOS Memory Options? Options Advertisers

Hi,

Stop Error Screen instructs me to Disable BIOS Memory Options such as
caching or shadowing. I cannot find, Memory Options, in the BIOS. Where are
they, please?

Thank you,
Jean

That is a standard warning screen. You may not, in fact, even have these
options in your particular bios.

Well, if by chance I do, under what Heading or Section, would 'Memory
Options' be located under anyway (?)

Hi,

A bit tired and apologize for not being pleasant. I guess I meant to write
if my machine does have BIOS Memory Options, would there location be very
apparent?

Thanks
Jean

You'd have to consult the manual that came with your computer. There
are several different manufacturers of CMOS chips, as well as a great
many versions of each BIOS.

Hi,

They're referring to rom shadowing, and this is usually found in the
advanced options if it exists at all (it doesn't exist on all motherboards).
It may be listed as bios caching as well.

There is NO standard location for individual bios settings. In fact,
your bios may not even have that option.
