Timezone Options Advertisers


Today I go to change timezones and I found myself only havin 1 option...
eastern standard time.. On the map it only shows you the eastern part and the
rest of the map is blue... as there is suppose to be a whole list of
options... any idea on how to fix ths issue. ty
