Bebo Options Advertisers

Does anyone have any advice about this site ? It was mentioned along with
one or two other similar web-sites on the t.v. recently (UK), the news item
contained concerns about paedophiles and advice that seemed to indicate to
me that children should be either closely monitored or stopped from using
these sites. I have two young nieces 13 & 15or16 who occasionally visit,
and using Dads PC downstairs, they spend hours at this web - site, for what
I can only describe as "advertising themselves" on this Bebo web site. It
seems to be "trendy" or fashionable for them to advertise to the whole world
who they are, what music they like etc, and have lots of what I can only
describe at ridiculous photos, taken at peculiar angles - with lots of
peculiar facial expressions.
...I must be getting old !

regards, Richard

Re: Bebo Options Advertisers

All small children should be monitored on any website that requests personal
information.
If you are that worried put the site on your restricted list
Tools.......Internet options.........security...........restricted sites
