Data Execution Prevention - win32 error Options Advertisers

I keep getting and error message that says:

Datat Execution Prevention, to help protect your computer, windows has
closed this program. name: Generic host process for win32 services.
Publisher: microsoft
Then send or don't send error report.
OVER AND OVER AND OVER - CAN'T GET RID OF IT.

So I

I downloaded and ran MS Defender and it said my computer was running
normally.
No adware, malware or any other kind of ware was detected.
The error message comes up every time the computer starts up and at random
times during the day. Not every day but enough. The computer also shuts down
and this message window appears each time I restart the system.
Thoughts?

This is a program trying to use memory in a way it's not supposed to -
you should have the option of disabling the DEP when it fails.

If you trust the program Right click "My Computer", properties,
advanced, Performance - tab to DEP and do what you need to do.

What's the downside to excluding win32 services from DEP

download and run Process Explorer
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html

Double click on the process(s), reading it's image and command line
will tell you where to find them. stop the process and delete the
file/directory.

Right clicking on the Process and selecting Google will describe the
process.

Find out how important it is.

Also Start | Run <type in> services.msc <enter> see what it's for

That wasn't ment, it was a macro that I didn't edit before sending -
only delete it if it's not a good thing.
