Can anyone help me with this problem that I am having "only started about 2 weeks ago" ... First when I try to open attachments ,I can download them but they wont open it says invalid menu handle. Also some say that I cannot open the attachment because I don't have a program associated with it I have to go into folder options and find one... Well I don't really understand any of this...Thank you for any help that you can give me... Kathy |

Sorry but I think you may need to post a little more information before anyone on here can help you. Next time the error message appears, if you could note it down and repost, preferably on this thread, then someone somewhere should be able to help! :-) What e-mail program are you using? Hi, Have you tried to save the attachment first and then open it from the saved location. What sort of files are we talking about, office docs, pictures, text files. Give a little more detail and let us know what happens when you save the attachment first.
