i can't seem to find the LOCAL SETTINGS folder, in which the TEMPORARY INTERNET files folder and another TEMP folder are located. i've tried starting with MY COMPUTER, documents AND SETTINGS, but not finding it. |

From Explorer, select Tools->FolderOptions->View->Show Hidden files & Folders Then you can find it at: My Computer->C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings HTH, John |

It's a hidden folder.
