Usually when I get a word attachment with my email I just click on the attachment and word automatically opens it up. However, since I got this new computer and installed word. I get a box which says "do you want to save this file? then below it says type: unknown file type.. What I am saying is that it does not automatically detect that it should be opened with word. Once before I corrected this by specifying that all files of this type be opened with word but I can't remember what I did. Any ideas? Thanks, Jon Gordon |
