Since ME is going to be unsupported as of July I am trying to upgrade my PC to XP. To achieve this I have been trying to upgrade my version of microsoft Office 2000 for small businesses which I bought back in 2000. Only one of the CDs (CD 1) is corrupted and even though I have downloaded the latest service packs I cant load them because the CD wont load. Does anyone know of a way I can resolve this without having to go and buy the latest version of Office. Can I download SR1 from a website somewhere or is there a microsoft contact point that doesnt cost me a packet to register my problem? |

Do you get an error? You can download SR1 here Office 2000 service Release 1a (SR-1a)Office 2000 service Release 1a (SR-1a) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=af6c8d03-7633-45b4-ab96-795ee656f2a2&Display Lang=en Sometimes just cleaning the disk will help.
