I have an E-Machine desktop running on windows XP. All of a sudden then I turn it on, an error windor appears with the heading "Isass.exe Unable to Locate Component" Then is reads "This application has failed to start because MPR.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. You can only click "ok" and after doing so, the screen is just blank with the arrow cursor. Trying to boot on safe more produce the same result with the "safe mode" on the corners of the monitor. HELP! Thanks. Oh and mien does not reboot after clicking ok like what I've read with other people. |
