offer office 2003 to CF members at a reduced price Options Advertisers

As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces serving in afghanistan I noticed a
copy of Office 2003 being sold to American Forces as an appreciation offer
for $60 US. Why do you not offer that to Canadian Forces Servicemembers as
well since we require the use of Office for our employment?

In addition, could be because the Canadian Armed Forces haven't asked?

They are not selling it to us to use in our jobs (employment). It is for
personal use only.
