Problems with activating office 2003 Options Advertisers

I purchased office 2003 professional edition through my employer who has a
partnership with Microsoft. I thought I had activated it, but it quit
working (I had access to it, but it worked as a viewer only). Obviously, I
was wrong. However, since then, I cannot get the activation wizard to come
up at all. When I click on it, it does nothing.

I have tried reinstalling, wiping my whole computer, etc. Nothing seems to
work. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am desperate, I need to be able
to work from home on weekends.

Thanks!

I think at one point I had found that solution and had already tried it.
However, I tried again and followed the instructions and deleted the
appropriate file. I closed everything out, and opened microsoft Office Word.
I chose Activate again, and still no response.
