Currently running MS Office 2003 Also installed ACT version 6. Act has been updated to version 6.0.3 which is the most version 6 could be updated. Also applied the ACTHotFixforWord2003. When trying to use word from within act (trying to do a mail merge, and attapmting to edit the document template)(act calls up word) act gives the following two error messages: Act could not open word processor. This may be a result of inadequate security permissions in windows. Act word processor Click on OK, then another window opens up with the following: The word processor driver is not running. i am at a loss with what to do to resolve this issue as the act word processor doesnt even work. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance Sash |
