Hi, I am having a problem with my laptop. Every now and again the cursor freezes whilst moving the cursor during tasks. The screen is not frozen because I am still able to use the keyboard to operate programmes, but this is quite akward for me. I have to turn off and shut down the laptop and restart to get the cursor working. When I just re-start the laptop the cursor is still frozen. Thanks in advance for any help and assistance. |

Check the manufacturer's website and download the current ALPS touchpad drivers and reinstall them. |
