Avatars Options Advertisers

Does anyone know how to reduce the size of a downloaded avatar. I have an
avatar in my documents to which its size is 100 x88 pixel, this has to be
reduced to 80n x 80. I have no idea how its done. If anyone knows can they
please explain in simple terms.

Open it in MS Paint and change Attributes to 80x80 and save it.

That will merely truncate the image, which is probably not what OP
wants. With Paint, OP's best bet is to use Stretch/Skew to shrink the
image, although the resulting image will probably not be exactly
80x80. My personal recommendation would be to procure a free graphics
program (such as the GIMP) and use that instead.
