Hi, My mother tryed to send me a copy of her screen by user the Print Screen function, but when she paste it into an outlook email she only get a useless little icon with a monitor and an arrow on it. Do you know if we can reassign the Print Screen function to its normal duty? Thanks -- Pascal |

Thanks Frank, I forget to tell you that she uses Word as editor for outlook message. Basically I have the same configuration (I think & hope) but I can paste a print-screen copy to my email, she can't... See if she can click Edit->Paste As or Past Special. She might be able to paste it as a picture from there. |
