Print Screen Issue Options Advertisers

Hi,
My mother tryed to send me a copy of her screen by user the Print Screen
function, but when she paste it into an outlook email she only get a useless
little icon with a monitor and an arrow on it.

Do you know if we can reassign the Print Screen function to its normal duty?

Thanks

She first has to save it to the hard drive and then attach that file.

She can open Paint and paste it into an empty page and then save that page
as a ,jpg file

Thanks Frank,
I forget to tell you that she uses Word as editor for outlook message.
Basically I have the same configuration (I think & hope) but I can paste a
print-screen copy to my email, she can't... Poor Mum!

See if she can click Edit->Paste As or Past Special. She might be able to
paste it as a picture from there.

Not if she's using outlook Express.

Try using ScreePrint32 from http://www.provtech.co.uk/main/default.asp - you
can set it to save the screen as a file to attach to an email

Num 1:
The way to fix this in Outlook 2003 is to change the default mail format from HTML to Rich Text. Go to Tools>Options, click the Mail Format tab and change it there. Create a new message and then test it out. Voila!!
