When I run Bootviz "Trace Route + driver Delays", I encounter the following error dialog: Number of Physical drives in the trace file is 0 Trace file has invalid system configuration information Any ideas? Thanks. |

I had the same problem and what was causing it was an external USB drive. Make sure before you run Bootvis you turn off the drive and if you have a card reader disconnect that as well.
